Free Fire does not offer item recovery and any request for item loss due to the user's fault will not be entertained.
In case an item or items suddenly disappeared from your account, simply submit a request and provide the following information in Description and details;
- Player ID:
- In-game Name:
- Exact name of missing item/s:
- Amount:
- Date you last time saw the item:
- Date you realized the item was missing:
For event rewards not received, please choose Event Issue (Including missing rewards from events) as type of problem and fill in the required information.
To avoid delays, all the information listed above must be provided and the report submitted within 72 hours from the time item went missing. We cannot guarantee if your missing items will be recovered or not and will be based on the result of the investigation. For missing items, processing time may take up to 5 business days.
Deliberately submitting a false report can lead to account suspension.
